Went to the store, negotiated and shook hands on a deal to furnish my new office and was told I would receive an invoice and payment link for 50% deposit. Received no email so called to remind and was again told I’d receive an invoice. I called 3 consecutive days and received no answer. This was a time sensitive exercise and my time was completely wasted.
Mark was exceptional and great! He helped us get our new office furniture for our new office. Very quick delivery and install. The entire process was seamless from start to finish!
