The worst company I have ever met is National General, I had a bad experience with them, I paid this company for 2 years, on December 11th in the parking lot he backed into my car and damaged the headlights and bumper of my car, the guy did not have a driver's license and no insurance for the car, I recorded everything and also took a document confirming the identity of that driver, and called this damn company, and after explaining my situation they told me that my car is listed in Uber, and supposedly I did not notify them... read more
