Horrible service. I used them for years and they gladly took my premiums. The one time I had a claim it was denied. No help from the agent, never heard from them. They just collect your money and tell you to handle everything with filing yourself. NEVER CONTACTED ME TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP. When my policy was up and I did not renew I never even got a follow up. They could care less about their clients.
My husband and I have been customers of American National for a couple of years. We experienced a total loss on 9/24/18. Our experience in dealing with the totaled car was painless to say the least. Every person I talked to at American National regarding the claim was very courteous and asked if I was ok.
