Do not buy a policy from these people. It may even be a scam, but that is to be determined since I was just forced to file a claim against them with the Texas Department of Insurance. I've had a "policy" with them for almost a year now and still have been unable to get a copy of my policy. I called 2 mths ago to request one and they told me they would mail me one but would take a couple of weeks to get. Still nothing, I called again and now they want to charge me $15 to get a copy of a policy i never got to begin with. Now I... read more
