I called to check on my claim and she told me that they didn’t have the certificate but had our claim forms. The death certificate was mailed in the same folder as the forms. Either someone lost it or they lied because she then continued to tell me that they had to go through morgue for the certificate. I never gave them the name of the morgue but it is on the death certificate . They also never contacted me over phone to tell me they needed another copy of the certificate.
