Bought a brand new camper last January. Called to add the camper to our policy. Talked to the secretary and gave her all the information. Found out a month later when we got the next bill that the camper was never added. It sat in storage for a month with no insurance! They hook you in by giving you all of these sign up discounts. Terrible company! My son's car was totaled in a parking lot by one of their clients and it took 3 weeks and rounds of the worst phone calls and they still barely even bothered to help...terrible terrible service. Just don't do this to anyone......
