Why am I still getting an email from you after I canceled the policy. Was paid up to date. Than you refused to accept that. Than called me saying I owed back pay because I didn’t go to the office and submit a written letter about it. What has this crap turned into. I will be posting this on your site and all my family members. We have been with ANPAC for many years, never had a claim. Over the years, our local agent has become less friendly, standoffish, not willing to answer questions. Recently, several family members who also have ANPAC have had very bad experiences when they needed to make claims - agent tries to dissuade them from making the claim, very bad customer service, little to no communication from local agents or claims agents, ignoring phone calls from customer, rude interactions, etc.

Horrible insurance company these guys are complete scam artists.
The worst coverage money can buy. So bad that my agent there told me he carries his car insurance through State Farm! They push their cash back program NOT to file any claims, but what they don’t tell you is that it is cash back on the previous premiums from three years before and their insurance is more than 70% higher than State Farm so even with cash back it is still awful insurance.
