I can’t discourage use of this bank enough. Horrible communication, lack of empathy, keep getting told they are too busy to help me when employees are checking mail boxes, chatting and filling candy dishes. I have tried multiple times to just open an account and still haven’t even been able to sit down and talk to someone. If you want a bank that cares, do NOT bank with American National.
I'm looking to switch to a TX bank from chase, but the opening hours of this one is terrible. Will keep looking. 9-3 M-F only
Friendly and helpful.
Worst experience I’ve had with a bank. Never again will I use them. I have a loan with them and I can’t even get in contact with my loan officer. I tried to call the bank directly and the call just fails over and over. I’ve gotten late charges because their online automatic payment system is so glitchy they should be sued due to still charging clients fees with their faulty systems. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
