Well you had a Brian Niblett who gave a loan to my cousin who used my property as collateral for this loan, without having documents that were required. Then let the loan go for a year without ever receiving the documents that were required. I had to come to your bank (which I don't do business with) to find out about this illegal act, then was told by Brian Niblett "I'm out of this, it doesn't involve me." I am NOT a member of this bank. I WAS an employee of a company that this bank foreclosed upon. The issue is the Bank employee Brian Nibblet is having a pissing contest with the owner of my comp nay. This Mr Nibblet is petty and an embarrassment. He was informed he closed the checking account that employee payroll was drawn on. His words"I do not care if they get paid or not."
