i got my transaction done quick and honestley the atm was fully working so that was nice. would defenetly use again.
... so then I had to drive all the way over here to find out the ATM is out of service again. The interface on the screen is laggy and hard to read even when it is working, honestly feels like it wasnt updated since 2005. One of the card slots seems loose or something, I had to wiggle my card to get it out. Just another thing to deal with today, really wasnt expecting this much hassle for cash.
I feel so relaxed, definitly never leaving this place until they drag me out.
ANB rude people poor service
I can go to any other American national and cash my paycheck. I go to this one they put a hold on any check that's not am American national check. I asked why they do this I'm told that how we do it. Everyone else must be overriding it. So every other bank and I'm talking like 4 other anb's are doing it wrong. And was told even here I can cash it then deposit it so no hold.
