Why do all of your locations have your doors "LOCKED"? I started banking with you 20 years ago but I decided to open an account with FNBO. The atmosphere and service is no the same anymore.....sad.
I’m giving 2 stars because the guy that works at the front counter is kind. However, the last 2 days I have come to the bank to make a business deposit I’ve had to wait at the drive up window for atleast 15 minutes before anyone comes up. They don’t stop by and say we will be right with you, nothing. Extremely slow, and not very personable. I’ve driven off multiple times.

They have the worst customer service!
The 26th Street location has very unfriendly staff who are not willing to help. I was there 2 different times this AM and got nowhere. Went to 16th St.and got wonderful service.
