Been banking with these guys over 25 years and they took away alot of the perks for having accounts. Not to mention horrible customer service. The worst!
I'm very unhappy with these guys. They allowed money to come out of my account that I knew nothing about and charged me 130.00. And now they are fighting with me on putting it back. I got told they got bought out and are going under big time. Now I see why.
Had a good experience with an employee named Veronica Enriquez. I was able to set up a savings account and had all my questions answered. As a bonus, the Christmas decorations were lovely.
