I have never been treated so poorly in a nail salon in my life. Customer service was terrible; VERY RUDE! Would not give a gel manicure and did not want to file my nails. She informed me that my color choice was "Stupid"!!!! Who does that????? I could never ever recommend this place for anything. Take my advice and go to Chester's Pro-Nails. Wow, they are great!! and also gave me the color I wanted!!!! Take the advice of this review and the others that were unhappy!!! It is ALL true!! Do Not go there!

Great service. They are very friendly and do a great job on nails and pedicures. And are very professional.

Busy. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for a manicure. That as OK. I waited. No sign in sheet for tracking. 2 hours later and they take people who had arrived after I did.

My friend Tara and I went at 5:30 and didn't get out of there until 8pm. There was only one guy there and we never done feel nails before. We had some questions and he wasn't in the mood to be informative.he was very short with us very aggravated and in a huge rush. Our nails looked awful and he charged me an extra $5 because he refused information on the gel nails so they didnt look right and he had to take the color off and i had to choose another. Went there to get a manicure and the guy hurried through the whole thing. He was rude to me. I even gave him a tip and he was still rude. I asked him to give me a silver line underneath my tip he charged me $3 extra and did a sloppy job. I will not go back. I'd rather go to Chester where the ladies they are nice and grateful for your patronage. To the lazy guy who did my nails keep smoking those cigarettes ..

This place was unacceptable! Place was packed, only 3 employees were working. The employees seemed angry about being busy, they rushed us through our pedicures, and in turn did a poor job on our pedicures, we waited a long time for our manicures, and then they told us they had forgot about us!....was embarrassed that I took these girls here!...but ended up paying way too much for a very poor job. I would never suggest this place to my friends.

STAY AWAY!! They cheat people! Went in for a quick manicure before my daughter's wedding and they charged me $25. for a $13. manicure. They don't understand English very well (or at least act like they don't ) Then take advantage of you and act like they dont' know what you are talking about. You would be happier going somewhere else. I WON"T be back ever!!
