Went last Sunday their card system was down. THEY asked me to pay via cash app; which I thought was weird but okay. I then paid via cash app; the person that did my nails locked the door and tried to keep me from leaving because the cash app payment was pending. Of course I started yelling because that’s against the law you can’t make a customer stay once payment has been received. Received a text message for a special on a pedicure with free shellac and dip with free mani. I should’ve known to turn around when I saw only one person in their establishment on a Friday evening. The job was poorly done. He cut my finger so bad that I’m praying it doesn’t get infected. So why did he end up charging me $150. I asked did he take off for the special and he said yes but didn’t give me a break down of what he was charging. I will never patronize this business again. My first and last time here. They have no price signs posted. I went for a pedicure with gel polish. I was told 55.00 dollars. But when I got to the register it changed to 60.00. I see why their name went from Oasis Nail & Spa to American Nail & Spa. And they have a big sign in front 30% off combo - fullset & pedicure
Horrible service. The young girl in there is obviously a family member without skills or certification. I wonders why the man she finished with left upset. Now I know. Please beware. She had to fix one nail and messed it up very bad. The owner tried to fix it. instead of removing the nail he added glue between my natural nail (which should have been cut) and the fake nail. I couldn't get my money back and left looking like my imaginary enemy did my nail. Soaking this off immediately.
I just got my nails done here and I’m very satisfied! The owner is friendly, and the staff are enthusiastic and kind. They’re currently offering a 70% discount until the end of 2025 – such a great deal! I’ll definitely come back 💅✨
