Unsanitary, poor customer service, and an overall bad experience. Would not recommend.
They are so bad. Girl barely touched my cuticles for my toe nails. Then it was over painted. I tried to get her to fix it and then blamed it on my cuticles but like how do you not see the problem. Hygiene and sanitation is an afterthought. 52$ for a bad gel pedicure is outrageous.
Each time I have had a pedicure here, I’ve ended up with some sort of issue with my toes. Most is the time, the nails have not been cut properly and I end up with an ingrown nail. Most recently, I ended up with an infected nail bed due to the “cuticle care” that had been done. No thanks, won’t be getting a pedi here again. Manicures are fine and can be quick (sometimes less than 30 mins if I’m getting gel).
My mom and I have been coming here for years. The staff are very kind, skilled, and keep the facilities clean.
