lady at the front desk is super rude and changes up prices. some nail techs do good some ur nails come out bumpy and they never clean them nicely and they don’t cut ur cuticles either. poor service
Just had a pedicure and needed a tip put on which never happened, and find out you have to request it. So if you want your pedicure to look presentable you have to request it!!! No way!!
I’ve been coming here for my acrylic refills and can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad experience. The first time I came with a coworker who recommended the salon. I was put with a male nail tech and he did a fabulous job, but I always loved my coworkers nails and her go-to nail tech was who she had booked with. Next time I went solo and booked with her nail tech, Tracey, who has never let me down! She always does beautiful work and is quick. She does amazing design work as well. I have been coming here on and off for years. And I’ve had a love-hate relationship with them. I feel like the quality is hit or miss and the pricing changes every time. This last time, the lady did do a good job on my nails, but when I went to check out, I learned that the prices had increased. I always had come back to this place because it was cheaper and I was willing to sacrifice the quality. Now the pricing is about in line with the rest of town And I just don’t Believe you’re paying the correct amount for the quality.... read more
