While getting my nails done, the nail tech did not provide the shape I had requested. When I asked for my nails to be redone, the owner approached me multiple times with a passive aggressive and rude attitude. She repeatedly placed the blame on me for not communicating earlier and mentioned that her staff needed to get home, even though it was only around 6:30 PM and the salon doesn’t close until 7:00 PM. I got a gel manicure here on Saturday and 3 days later 6/10 nails are peeling at the base. Unfortunately this also happened with my last gel manicure there in september. Also felt super rushed :/ The gel pedicure did turn out well and isn’t peeling

Not a great experience. Staff members talking throughout the whole service to the nail tech doing my nails, seemed to be laughing in my face when I showed them the design I wanted. They asked me to explain more about the picture I showed them and I couldnt really explain (since I am not the nail tech here) so i just changed my design to what I thought would be simple to them however the lines on my nails are not stright whatsoever. Also was very expensive for what I got...
