American house has to be one of the best shops I’ve ever gone to and I will always go back. They’re super understanding and they do such good nails for me and I’m a firm believer that it all depends on the person that you go to when you go to get your nails done. I’ve been going to American for a few years, and unfortunately their prices have increased and quality has decreased. For the first time ever, they charged me $10 to remove the manicure I had, despite getting a manicure from them the same visit. They also did not inform me of this beforehand. My nails were filed crookedly and two days after my manicure, my builder gel has chipped. I am so disappointed.
Came from a friend’s recommendation. I had an amazing first experience here. The staff members were extremely nice and very efficient. Their prices were absolutely reasonable, and the quality of the services was excellent. I will absolutely be returning here in the future!
Not a great experience. Staff members talking throughout the whole service to the nail tech doing my nails and the are so obvious they laugh and talk why they are seeing you
I have been going here for many years and never had a issue. After today I will never go back. Lin (pedicure tech) asked me if I like to swim and when I told her "yes" she said "wow". I said "why"? She replied, "You are big". I immediately told her how rude the comment was and how she fat shamed me but all she did was laugh. Prior to this Lin always did a good job.
