I have reviewed ANB higher in the past but my last 2 visits have been less pleasurable, sadly. The last visit I had, the manager raised his voice at 2 different techs while they were doing customer nails. It made uncomfortable to sit two chairs down and watch the techs tense up while he yelled at them. I'm not sure that they're treated well and it has changed the atmosphere of the salon, at least for me. I can say, with confidence, my nails continue to look wonderful, the salon is very clean and is has a higher end interior.... read more

Have been seeing my nail tech for 4 years. She is always very friendly and excellent. I ran 15 minutes late for the first time and the front desk hurried me in to her saying they were rushed for time. I ask if I needed to reschedule and she said no we had plenty of time. He later had words with her in front of everyone and I was very uncomfortable. He said he was sorry to me when I left that I had to witness that.
