went in for a full set of acrylics, and the results were truly disappointing. The shape of my nails was completely messed up — uneven and not at all what I asked for. The technician painted over my skin, and the acrylic was applied way too thick, making the nails look bulky and unnatural. What really shocked me was the hygiene. They were using the same files on multiple clients without proper sanitation, which is completely unacceptable.

I was with Jade for my service, she was so fast and did exactly what I asked for! I haven’t gotten my nails done for a while and I had a cut on my pinky that jade was super careful with, over all 10/10 experience!
