I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THIS NAIL SALON FOR OVER 10 YEARS. KIM SCHEDULES CLIENTS AT THE SAME TIME ALL THE TIME AND ENDS UP SAYING THAT SHE DIDNT’. I COME ON TIME AND ALWAYS AND SHE ENDS UP SEEING SOMEBODY ELSE INSTEAD. -0 CLIENT ATTENTION. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. THE SALON LOST TWO CLIENTS TODAY

I’ve been to this salon multiple times and each time I’ve waited over an hour and a half — without being acknowledged or attended to. I get that people have appointments, but it’s ridiculous how consistently disorganized and dismissive they are. The lack of basic courtesy speaks volumes. This place has clearly gone downhill, and I’m done wasting my time. Won’t be back. Poor communication and poor customer service. I work nearby and decided to get my nails serviced. Understanding that it would be a wait since this was last minute, I inquired about the wait time. After ignoring me for 2 mins, I asked again, in which one lady said come back at said time (90mins later). I came back at said time, this time after work. And when asked to be serviced they quoted me to come back in one hour. There are other nicer salons around, I am not sure why this business feels their service is high regarded. N... read more
