Was in town visiting and it’s always a nightmare to try to find the perfect gym to drop in to. This place did NOT disappoint. The upstairs is a great machine/body building area but the magic happens down in the basement. If you want functional fitness, this is your Mecca. Get downstairs, get jacked and get fit.
Had an awesome time here! Took a workout with Coach Chev- great coaching. Mary & Gail were super friendly and hospitable. Coach John is the man! Downstairs area is huge- great for powerlifting & free weights/ open space
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I’ve been going to AMC and training with the owner, Gail, since October 2025, and it’s been a great experience. I was super nervous to start since I had very little gym experience, but Gail is incredibly welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. Everyone, from staff to other gym goers, are very friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean and never so busy that you aren’t able to use equipment. Excited to continue my fitness journey at AMC and highly recommend it!
Great club nice and clean love the owner Chev my trainer is the best. His classes on Mondays are awesome. Can’t wait to do more of them.
My favorite place to get a lift in! Gail is great and has helped me countless times now and is super supportive of my goals as well as all my clients goals!
