I’ve visited RI several times in the last two years and only come here to workout. Gail, the owner, is authentic and her space/clientele/trainers replicate that. As a fitness coach myself, the equipment is top notch and she keeps expanding the space - space is elite right now with the expansion downstairs. Olympic movements, machines, rowing/assault bike, terf space, etc. Avoid the B.S. from commercial gyms and come here to lock in. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you Gail!
Honestly don’t understand how this gym isn’t popping. Good equipment, new downstairs area has turf, racks, multiple deadlifting platforms + rogue weights. Treadmills, assault bikes and more
I’ve been lifting for about 16 years and this is the best gym I’ve ever been to in RI. Tip-notch equipment, helpful staff, and amazing community. There’s something special happening here and I’m so happy to be a part of it!
