5 Stars – Great Shop, Great Guys Took my Raptor into American Muffler and had an awesome experience. The guys were super friendly, knew their stuff, and even gave me some advice on the setup—I’m glad I listened. They really took care of me and the truck. If you’re in SLO and need muffler or exhaust work, these are the guys to see.
Local family owned business, at least 2 generations so far . Not a corporate place. An honest and solid business. Very professional work at very fair cost. Highly recommend. They did muffler work on my beloved 2002 Honda and were great from estimate to scheduling to work done timely. Be part of your community and continue to support our family owned and operated businesses who keep us going. They provide a variety of services. And they are pleasant people.
Mike and Scott always produce incredible work. I've been using American Muffler for years, both professionally and with my personal vehicles as well. They always get me in quickly and turn around time is always very fast. Pricing is more than fair, especially when there really aren't other shops who are able to match price and quality in SLO. If you need new mufflers or really any type of exhaust work, these are your guys. Well worth every penny to have it done right the first time. 10/10 recommend.
