I had a great experience at America MRI in Berwyn for my CT scan. The staff was kind, Welcoming, and very accommodating. They were on time and the facility was clean and bright. I highly recommend them for anyone needing imaging services.
I accompanied my uncle to his 9:00 AM appointment here yesterday, and the entire experience was flawless. The office itself was immaculate and beautifully air-conditioned, which was a massive relief given how hot it was outside. They also provide lovely touches like complimentary candy and ice-cold water, making the waiting area very welcoming. Came into office was not greeted at 1:22. As I was just standing here. One of the front desk girls asked was I with the lady signing papers. I stated no, I gave my name. My appointment was at 1:15pm. There girl then say, I’m sorry you are late it’s 1:24. You have to reschedule. It’s pass 10 mins. I said it haven’t been 10 mins yet. She said, Still you are late. All the employees here were so nice. They were very helpful in making sure I received my results in a timely manner.
I am SO happy I chose this facility for my MRI. Every single person on the staff was beyond helpful, accommodating & kind. I will not have to choose where to go for my next one. Thank you to all!
