Mike and his crew at American Motorcycles are great! The repairs to my Dyna Super-Glide were reasonably priced with excellent parts that were priced below the last bike repair shop I used. Mike also went above & beyond with other services he didn't have to do. My bike runs great, and I'll be at American Motorcycles from now on for any and all repairs & maintenance.
The mechanics are very knowledgeable.
A year ago I took a rim in to have a tire replaced. Three days later when I called it still had not been done. I found out that a friend had taken her bike in to have rims and controls done. 3 weeks later after they messed up one of her rims they over charged her. These guys aren't professional and act like they are the only shop in town. Take your stuff to them at your own risk! They are a joke.
This place is awful. They had our bike for over a month. No phone calls or explanation. We finally called ourselves. Got the excuses. We still don't have our bike back yet!! . We got our bike back last night. This place is under NEW management now. The new manager stayed late to get the done. He was very apologetic. We will take the bike back now. Mike, the new manager is trying get hard to fix stuff. Give this place a second chance!! We are satisfied with the work and the way he handle the situation. Thank you, Mike.
