The sales service is a 10/10, can’t complain. Under no circumstances should you take your motorcycle here for any type of repair. I was rear ended at a red light on 4/1/2023. Brought it into the shop the same day. I had to work with my insurance to get things started and they had an estimator go out to complete their estimate on 4/11/2023. The shop called me around 8/15/2023 to let me know the repairs were done and it was ready to go. 4 months due to the shop claiming parts were unavailable. What did they need to replace? The service was impeccable and my bike looks fabulous! The maintenance was reasonably priced and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Thank you especially to Ford in service.
