Randy Wilson contacted me on my cell phone (not sure how he got the number) asking about our lodging facility and if we wanted to sell. I told him we weren't looking to sell, however, if someone gave us a "Don't want to sell it" offer, we would consider it. He told me that was fine and would schedule a meeting for the following week. In the interim, he asked for our financials, which I felt was inappropriate and intrusive for someone I had neither met nor had any contractual relationship with so he was given a basic P+L doc.... read more
