Shocked and appalled by the poor customer service of this company... I am currently in a situation where my mortgage company (Mr Cooper) has sent a check for the balance (from my escrow) of my policy and due to the current situation the check is delayed. Instead of giving me an extension on this policy they are just demanding payment. Michigan is currently one of the states hit hardest by the COVID-19 situation and this company isn't willing to give an extra few days to collect their money.
