This maybe a long or short review and that depends how mad I get writing this but here goes!! This past March I did an in home sleep study with TRH, that went well more or less. Got diagnosed with a sleep disorders, so they asked which supply company I wanted to go with. Since they were in town I choose American mobile, well that took two weeks because the respiratory therapist came in on Fridays only. This company is the worst ever; if I could give less than one star, I would. Their main goal seems to be just to sell the product and collect your insurance payments. They fail to explain whether the equipment is rented or owned, or how to use it properly. It appears they only care about their money. I would advise against using their services. I returned a CPAP machine last month, and they have been Continue billing

Medcare Home Medical recently switched their in-house CPAP department to American Mobility Products and turned a 15-minute visit into a 3 week waste of time. I called at the end of July to arrange a stop by and was referred to AMS who was unable to access my account and said they would call back shortly. Over a week later they called and I put in my order. Eleven days afterward, the order was still not submitted. I canceled and took my business to Legacy Oxygen.
