Medcare Home Medical recently switched their in-house CPAP department to American Mobility Products and turned a 15-minute visit into a 3 week waste of time. I called at the end of July to arrange a stop by and was referred to AMS who was unable to access my account and said they would call back shortly. Over a week later they called and I put in my order. Eleven days afterward, the order was still not submitted. I canceled and took my business to Legacy Oxygen.
This is a great company to deal with, they had lift chairs, ramps, and a great assortment of medical equipment to choose from. Thanks for all your help in our community.
