Very poor customer service. They are willing to take you payment but when you cancel the policy due to circumstances beyond your control they will not refund your money. Communication with this company is non existent, they will only say we sent the check we don't know why you haven't received it. I tried phone calls , emails, letters, and going through the local insurance agency who sold the policy. All a waste or time. Buyer Beware!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! American Mobile Insurance Exchange cancelled my home owner's insurance less then six months after we moved into our home. The house was hit by a tornado before we got power and the roof needed to be replaced. As soon as that was done the policy was cancelled. In order to get a new policy with a different insurance provider, I need a copy of my loss run report. I was mislead by the broker as to the type of insurance I was buying. When I got the policy and realized that it was a fire only policy, I got the proper insurance and canceled this one on 10/10. I have yet to receive a refund. I have called twice and given excuses about how they don’t control the USPS. I have asked to have my refund expedited and was told they don’t do that.
