Awful! They never get back to you EVER! I've been needed a procedure done and have been waiting since winter time for them to get prior authorization from my insurance...its now a few days from July and NOTHING! I've left messages and also personally talked to someone I know that works there. I've gotten no where. I need this work done ASAP! Horrible place to go!! They keep you on hold and don’t pick up!! Anyone with tooth pain I’m sure can agree we don’t want to listen to wait music for over 17 minutes and still no one answers the phone. I went yesterday with pain in my tooth was in the dentist chair for 5 minutes the dentist grinded down my back tooth and said I’m a tooth grinder and that I was fine tooth no X-rays or nothing!! Don't use American mobile dental. They use epoxy glue to fill your teeth and it doesn't hold up. All my fillings fell out after 7 months . They should be shut down
They never call back people have waited for over an month and I've been on hold for half n hour
Very nice staff,every thing about it is very nice they are very friendly and very gentle.
