They cancelled my appointment with FOUR HOURS NOTICE and said they couldn't reschedule me for ANOTHER 8 MONTHS- FOR A SIMPLE CLEANING! Their excuse? Even though I called them to confirm my appointment, they said they couldn't leave me a voicemail because MY FATHER JUST DIED FROM COVID AND I SWITCHED MY PHONE LINE OVER TO HIS NEW PHONE- apparently the voicemail isn't set up properly yet. Very dissatisfied wanted to pull two teeth they don't even have to be pulled went to another dentist that they sent me to because the dentist was out sick that dentist said why are they pulling the teeth instead of fixing them. It's sad I just got off the phone with them and they're saying all the other dentists no dentist has the same opinion well the man's going to save my two teeth compared to them pulling my two teeth. just because your insurance isn't great doesn't mean you should just pull teeth instead of fixing them ... read more

This is the worst dental services in the area, between the poor attitude of the receptionist and the poor work of the dentists I would never trust them to work on my teeth. My husband was a patient here, and the first dentist he saw was so inept that she ground his tooth down so much there was nothing for the crown to even stay attached to. He was back a few months later to have it fixed, the dentist who did the original work was no longer there (shocker) and the dentist who replaced her had to try to build the stud back up ... read more
