I had a terrible experience with this company. Very irresponsible people. I needed to replace my shower door. This guy Shone was supposed to come for measurements but never showed up, never called. Moor over nobody picked up the phone in the office and no one called back after I left the voice mail. I really wanted to have a business with this company as they have good reviews, but I just wasted my whole day.
Robert recently put in a new front door for me on my very old home. He consulted with me on the style and treatment as well, which was great, because I almost made the mistake of painting a very lovely wood door. The door was installed just fine, but when the stain went on, he noticed some spots that I hadn't previously seen. He got the manufacturer's rep out to see it and a completely new door is being installed with no expense and little trouble to me.
