I recently had the opportunity to call American Mini Storage for a quote and spoke with someone named Pam. What a help! Not only did she provide me with ideas on how best to take care of my property, she also recommended how to finance my storage needs. Because my first language is Spanish, I used my sister as my translator. Pam was very helpful.
Tuve muy mala experiencia ayer, fui y y recibí discriminación por no hablar inglés, le llame a una prima para que tradujeron y eso le dijo la señora, muy mala actitud de parte de ella, que ella decídia a quien rentarselo y a quien no y como no hablo inglés ps no me lo rentaría, pésimo servicio de esa señora mala, y agregó q si fuera a una barra tampoco me atenderían por no hablar el idioma. Ninguna estrella le doy
I recently just rented from here and had a great experience! Super easy and affordable! Pam and staff are so nice and outgoing! If ever I need storage again I will return!
