The owner was super nice and even helped us move a few things into the unit he is very friendly and it’s has always been a great experience talking with him. i have been renting here for over 8 years and have never had problems even when i was behind they have worked with me and have been very generous with understanding the owners and George the manager have been very kind and very very understanding. i would recommend these storage units to everyone that needed to store long term or short. thanks

Excellent and personable service. George is extremely accommodating and found me a climate controlled unit when there weren't any available in town. When I left my unit, I had forgotten to notify him before my card was charged for another month. He hand delivered me a refund.

I rented a storage locker from George for over 5 years and was very happy with my rental experience. The building and surroundings were always kept clean and clutter free and George himself a pleasure to work with. I needed to change payment methods a few times and George was very understanding and never annoyed. The building was temperature controlled and never got too hot in summer or too cold in winter. I highly recommend American Mini Storage if you are in need of a storage unit in Fairfield.

I had my storage unit for 1 year. There was a limited number of temp controlled storage places when I first arrived in Fairfield, & I was on a waiting list with several. George was the only one who seemed to take my need serious that I was desperate for a temporary unit until I found my new home here. I was in a small rental house with not much room.
