I've used this facility for over fifteen years and customer service has always been great. Until recently.. it's really slacking. I currently pay rent on two units because they didn't have a bigger one available at the time I needed the second one. Last month I paid late and informed them (the owner I believe) due to the pandemic I would not be able to pay until the middle of the month every month for now, and was told that's fine... they aren't charging late fees during this crisis.
