I'd been struggling to setup a delivery appointment, but Carol Carter (& another gentlemen who's name escapes me) answered promptly each time I called and offered help. Carol went out of her way to ensure my email reached who it needed to in order to get on the delivery schedule. Exceptional and friendly service!
Was late to deliver due to the shipping facility but they still took me in and got me unloaded in a good time.
When I delivered my load I was the only driver but it took 4 hours to unload. Unbelievable they don’t care about drivers’ time.
