The revolving door of physicians, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants and nurses give me a lack of confidence in this office. You are seen by whoever is available and are lucky to get 5 minutes with them before they are off to see another patient. It seems as though they get their practitioners straight out of college/med school. Receptionists are rude, schedule appointments wrong and overall the office is poorly run. I like Dr. Diane but am sorry to say that I think they are trying to do too much. I have not found the people to be rude but very much lacking in follow thru. Yesterday I drove to an appointment I thought was in Lafayette. WRONG.. after calling to find out where the Chittenago office was, when I arrived no one had any idea why I was there. There are some receptionist that very rude. I dropped off paper work a little over a week ago and lord and behold no one can find it. I have been there, called there several times. Finally today I was mad and told the receptionist on the phone that no one there seems to know what the hell they are doing. Hmmmm she hung up on me. Truth must hurt. Not at all interested in your wellness. They overbook appts. So waiting time is usually 2 hours or more. when you actually see a DR. they have no idea what your past visit was about, or do they even know you, even though you have been going there for 4 years. They have more PA,s then actual DRs. and are always training more. I Have been misdiagnosed 2 times, and have been treated poorly. They have no bedside maner, and care only about your money.
