Both Cami and Patrick have been wonderful to deal with. The phone gets answered in seconds, not minutes; they are knowledgeable about the products; and what you order arrives in days.
Sent oxygen generator in for repairs on January 5. Two months later, it hasn't been returned. Not good service, IMHO.
Smooth process from start to finish. Recieved my product 3 days later. My sales member was Thatcher and he couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
