This is a little late, but I had Jaime and Grace from Redlands unit 241 transport my mother and all I could say is a job well done, they were professionals with a smile, and honestly better than the last ambulance company we had transport her, who were really unprofessional and seemed like they didn't care, but my mother really liked this crew and they treated her with the respect like she was their own mother and they all shared a laugh together, no wonder AMR is #1, will definitely use them again, and hopefully get the sam... read more

Billing department is a MESS! and will give you the run around. I've given my insurance information 2 times now different reps and still getting full amount billing. I keep calling to clear out the bill and get it over with but apparently no one is responsible for payment processing nor are they able to bill insurance. From what previous comments say apparently they'll pretend never getting the information and send it to billing.

Daughter was transported via ambulance (AMR) almost 4 years 11months ago...yes, in the beginning of 2019. Was billed and paid the co-pay. Haven't heard a word from them until now. They said I now owe the full amount for the ambulance ride, because the insurance company denied payment. I called and reminded them that this was almost 5 years ago and if there was an issue with billing, why wasn't I contacted in 2019??!!!.
