I don't even have the words to describe how horrid this EMS company is. I hope they get sued to oblivion for negligence and malpractice.
This company never billed me for a health emergency I had. The way I learned about the bill was when they sent it to collections. I never had a chance to pay the company directly.
called 911 as directed by my pediatrician. I cannot remember the workers names but one had a mohawk and he was extremely rude about having an owlet sock for my daughter. He did not believe her heart rate was truly as high as it was due to them not carrying pediatric leads. When we got to CHOA they rushed her back into a trauma room as her heart was beating close to 300 bpm.
Just received a letter of nonpayment from the company, despite it being the first communication for them transporting my daughter. Absolutely no mention of what’s owed or how to pay. Called their number. No answer. Cmon guys. At least give us a chance to settle up.
Disgusting, scam of a company. They will get paid by your insurance company in full and then still come after you for more money. Horrible.
