I received a bill at my home for 2100.00 and was NOT even me I'm in another state. I called, and they said it was an error, but could not provide me with WHERE they got my personal information from.
William C and Ian M were true life savers November 15th. They arrived to our home in minutes while on the phone with the 911 dispatcher who was very calming and professional. Ian immediately started an IV on Memaw I believe this kept her alive on our way to the hospital. William drove us and tried to assure me on the ride everything would be alright. Thankfully after 5 days she was released and is home resting . Thank you all for your quick caring response. Terri Cain
As a physician, I was completely disrespected by the medics that showed up to care for my patient. They created a very unsafe environment for my patient that was already suffering from a medical emergency. I recommend using a different service when available
After 30 days from date of service, my mom was turned over to collections without ever having received a bill. Trying to give them insurance information that will cover at 100 percent. On the phone for over an hour. They can't find my mom's account. Said it doesn't exist. All I am trying to do is give them insurance information. Impossible!!!!! Still on the phone.... Totally inept
Crooks, all crooks they cheated on payments, they billed me without filing for insurance and I payed with out realizing it they r liers and cheats and crooks
