This company is a nightmare. Horrible support. Trying to charge me additional money my insurance is disagreeing with.
Do not use them if you have any possible option. This company uses unethical billing practices to squeeze every last dime out of your insurance and then they will come after you if they don’t like what your insurance will pay. They sent my account to collections *while my insurance company was attempting to negotiate with them* and only a few days after their rep and a rep from my insurance had spoken by phone and agreed to re-(re-)process the claim. The options of no starts should be available, yesterday 5/15/25 an AMR driver wrecked my brand new car that is now un-drivable and is hiding. Fraud I received 2 bills for Feb and March 2024 for 2200.00 and was NOT even me I'm in another state. I called, and they said it was an error, but could not provide me with WHERE they got my personal information from. Cigna is calling the FBI
