7 hours to respond, then a billing disaster. Disgraceful. Hospital told me not to pay them; they were flakes.
My disabled son was airlifted to the hospital and was discharged at 345p.... it is currently 145a.... 10 hours waiting on an ambulance to take him home. We've been waiting longer on the ambulance than the time we were in the ER. Absolutely ridiculous!
Slow response time and a group of people who deserve to be fired. Your job is caring for human lives but you could be anything else but that. Furthermore you don't call dispatch for smart mouthed, or comments because your life could be in danger. H
The slowest response time ever. My dad was expected to get picked up at 6pm. It has been at least 5 hours and no AMR. Severely displeased with this ambulance service and God forbid there was an emergency they would never make it.
