7 hours to respond, then a billing disaster. Disgraceful. Hospital told me not to pay them; they were flakes.
My disabled son was airlifted to the hospital and was discharged at 345p.... it is currently 145a.... 10 hours waiting on an ambulance to take him home. We've been waiting longer on the ambulance than the time we were in the ER. Absolutely ridiculous!
