Slow response time and a group of people who deserve to be fired. Your job is caring for human lives but you could be anything else but that. Furthermore you don't call dispatch for smart mouthed, or comments because your life could be in danger. H
The slowest response time ever. My dad was expected to get picked up at 6pm. It has been at least 5 hours and no AMR. Severely displeased with this ambulance service and God forbid there was an emergency they would never make it.
Amr needs to find another line of work. Transporting patients is not working , waiting for hours and they never come.
Scott and Elyse were great. Very professional, kind and courteous. They took great care while I was with them. The world needs more Scott and Elyse. Thank you again!
