This is an absolutely terrible company. We received a so called service back in March 2014. We then received a billing 7 months later. I paid it. The company then billed me again. I sent them proof of payment in the form of front and back of the cancelled check. They acknowledged having received the documentation. Today I received yet another letter (threatening my credit) if I did not pay. I have tried to resolve the problem and am always on long hold times.
