Over $500 in services charges that were undeniably not rendered nor needed that I am paying for. I tried multiple times to bring it to the attention of supervisors and with my insurance company but nothing was done about it. Horrible, shameful, illegal business practices. Why are they allowed to freely do this? Seems like a common complaint. I would give them 1/16 of a star if it was an option.

I don't know anything about the billing side, but am extremely grateful to the ambulance crew who came and helped a customer who had fainted at my work. Thank you for your kind and professional assistance.

The company billing practices are unprofessional and turned my mother’s account over to collections after sending her numerous texts. My mother doesn’t respond to unknown numbers. She overpaid and we had to request a refund otherwise it would have never been refunded. We have yet to receive a refund and have called several times. We get a different story every time we call.
