The company billing practices are unprofessional and turned my mother’s account over to collections after sending her numerous texts. My mother doesn’t respond to unknown numbers. She overpaid and we had to request a refund otherwise it would have never been refunded. We have yet to receive a refund and have called several times. We get a different story every time we call.

I've received a collections on my credit report because of faulty report of use of there service. This affects my credit worthiness due to there lack of ability to have there information true instead of trying to scam me out of money.
