If I could give this company a zero I would, however it appears it's 1-5. The billing company has zero ability to do their job. I have 3 insurance coverages, they billed the first two, and then continued to bill me for remaining balance - without billing the 3rd insurance company. I've taken copies of the coverage card front and back and mailed and emailed to them numerous times. Received a random text message that I owed money and they need my insurance information. They stated they needed my SSN. Wrong, you do NOT need my SSN. I have a feeling they are still going to try and bill me something even though my insurance settles all bills without costing the policy holder anything. Sickened and disappointed that this is our healthcare today. AMR transported my son who happens to be Autistic, and had a TERRIBLE injury from a skateboarding accident. Took them over 30 minutes to arrive and then once my son was in the ambulance (ALONE WITH THE PARAMEDIC because God forbid a parent be with him - great job guys!) and scared out of his mind, he asked the paramedic "Can they fix this" and the wonderful (NOT) paramedic said "No. They are going to leave it open and send you home like that" my son cried and worri... read more
This company is either completely incompetent or corrupt. I have submitted my insurance information multiple times and they have not filed a claim with my insurance company. I know they are trying to get me to pay the full amount since insurance companies always pay less. I have filed a claimed with BBB and am researching other agencies to contact. I would give zero starts if it was an option.
Always 3 men who pick me up, they say "see how hostile you just got?" And they inject stuff up my legs. And now I'm being told there is no record of me being picked up. Disgusting, they all need to be fired.
