Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
