These people are incompetent!!! I called them to tell them.i was going to pick up my check and when I get there , they said it was mailed!!! Then I get banned for telling them they suxk at their job!! Now I can't watch my grandma out of retaliation!!! Im going to file a lawsuit ..
My mother has been with this company about 5 months. Worse company ever when it comes to reliability and communication. The reason I stayed so long is mom has had to go thru company after company! I feel so sorry for the elderly. Especially when they get treated like this!
Maggie is AMAZING! She did everything she can to help and get us situated when we were confused and didn't know what we were really doing. It was definitely needed!!! I also love that they sent someone bilingual over. Its hard to not be accommodated in our native language. So thank you for that
