They Open at 1 pm but are always late to work. I've waited 1 hour for them to arrive. You'd think itwould be easy getting to work at1 pm everyday but not for these people I guess

The manager, Rosa had a bad attitude. I've been going there for several years in a row. However I lapsped my renewal by less than 3 months. Renewal for the certification is $40. She said if over 3 months late on renewal, I would have to pay $60 instead. I said, it hasn't been 3 months until the 26th of the month and it was only the 21st. She doesn't seem to understand months - she said the existing month counts regardless of date. I said months are from the date printed on the certification which was the 26th.
