Awful service. Not only did it take 4 months for them to deliver a CPAP machine for my dad, (they blamed the doc for not sending the paperwork) they were a no show for the first appointment. Nobody from the company called. When I called to find out what happened, someone said very casually, "oh, the technician forgot." Then, on the day of the second appointment, 30 mins before the technician was supposed to show, I get a call about a co-pay. They had 4 months to discuss a co-pay.
