Usually friendly, but takes too long to get a response by phone and patient portal. Messages and phone calls are not answered, so I called in as an appointment just to get through to someone about lab work.
I’ve been a patient there for years and have had great care. Dr Nadir truly cares about her patients. Thankful I found this medical practice
I’d say this is probably the worst clinic in Arizona. They changed it for you to refill your prescription medicine to three months and when you go do lab work just to get your result they want to charge you $40-$50 just to tell you the result when they used to call you and notify you on the phone without a visit this is just another excuse for them to make more money. I have been seeing Tanya Fetters, FNP-C now for about a year-and-a-half since the last provider left. Super happy with the switch and Tanya's professionalism and her treatment of me as a patient. Super grateful for her hope she never leaves the practice! Medical appointments and issues are a pain and she makes them more bearable and manageable.
This place does not care if you live or die. We'll, I guess they prefer you alive so they can take your money. They never follow up with you. They overbook and gives each patient about 1 min to talk before walking out on you. As for Ehreema Nadir, MD, I hope you get the same treatment you provide. Your are a terrible MD.
