Showed them what I needed done, was given a price, agreed to price. Work took longer than expected, but was told I miscommunicated with them (even though my wife heard every discussion we had). They completed the work and charged me more than what was agreed to. Told them the following day that work wasn't quite done (door wasn't closing), strung me along for a couple of weeks, only to find out from someone else that they didn't want to do business with me anymore.
