This was The WORST car rental experience I ever had in my life. This place is a scam! I booked a mustang for my reservation. He confirmed it was a mustang before he swiped my card. Then he brought out a jeep, a NON LUXURY VEHICLE after I already paid. And said he wasn’t changing the price and there was nothing he could do. And the vehicle is literally filthy. And he said there was nobody to clean it. Literally a car rental nightmare
It’s rare to find a luxury rental company that actually delivers both high-end vehicles and great customer service, but they definitely do. The best in Miami hands down! Te voet bij toeval terecht gekomen bij deze zaak. Super goed geholpen en een geweldige auto gekregen voor 2 dagen.. Omdat ze een halve dag eerder kwamen terug brengen kregen we zelf nog een deel van onze betaling terug. Erg lieve medewerkers ook.
We had an amazing experience with this rental company. We rented a Porsche 911 via our hotel from them and the experience was amazing. This was our first time in Miami and we’re glad we found them. The car was new and clean. They worked with our hotel and delivered the car to the valet. No headaches, just drive and have fun.
