Dr. Agrawal is AMAZING...his staff is very pleasant (you don't see that much anymore) and accomodating. The good doc takes TIME with you to explain things, never in a hurry. Appointments are EASY to make and you don't have to wait months to get one. He made me live again...he listened, diagnosed, gave me meds and I have a new lease on life. Dr. Argawal has been great!! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the staff, specifically and sadly, the office manager. She is rude, disrespectful and talks to people like they are stupid, very belittling in her approach. The doctor himself is probably why this practice is still open. He really should clean house and start over.
